Do I need the magnetic upgrade?

The upgrade adds magnets to the case for attaching compatible accessories, including MagSafe accessories on supported iPhones and compatible magnetic accessories on Android phones. Choose With magnets or Without magnets; both options provide the same two-layer case protection.

Choose it for magnetic accessories

Useful for compatible magnetic car mounts, stands, wallets and chargers that attach to the back of your phone. Check each accessory’s compatibility with your phone and case.

Wireless charging works with either option

We have tested ordinary wireless charging through both case options on phones that support it. You do not need the magnetic upgrade to charge wirelessly. The magnets simply help the case snap onto and stay aligned with a compatible magnetic charger or accessory. A phone without wireless charging will not gain it from the case.

The case does not add wireless charging to a phone that lacks it, and does not guarantee a charging speed or MagSafe/Qi2 certification. Charging depends on your phone and charger. Accessories and chargers are not included.

A few things worth knowing.

How do I find my exact phone model?

On iPhone, open Settings → General → About → Model Name. On Android, open Settings → About phone. Check the full name: a Pro, Plus, Ultra or 5G version may need a different case. Use the model help beside the selector if you need a hand.

What does the magnetic option change?

The upgrade adds magnets for compatible accessories and costs 5€ more than the base case. It is selected by default where available and can be removed. It does not add wireless charging to your phone. Accessories are not included.

Will the case look exactly like the photo?

The label on the photo identifies the model shown. Photos are samples, and we do not have one for every phone. We adapt the artwork to each model; proportions, camera openings and placement can vary.

When will it arrive, and what does delivery cost?

Estimated delivery includes preparation: 5–12 business days for Spain, the rest of the EU and the UK; 7–17 for the US. Shipping is free to those European destinations and 5€ to the US. See the shipping policy for destinations, exceptions and customs information.

What if it is not right for me?

You have 30 days to request a return under our returns policy. If something arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us so we can put it right. For a change of mind, return postage is your responsibility. Read the policy for the full conditions.

How should I clean the case?

Use a clean microfiber cloth, slightly dampened with water if needed. Wipe gently and let the case dry before putting it back on. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
