🚚 Delivery times and shipping costs
Europe: free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days from your order: 2 days for preparation, then 3–10 days for shipping.
US: 5€ per order. Estimated delivery is 7–17 business days from your order: 2 days for preparation, then 5–15 days for shipping.
There is no minimum spend or quantity requirement. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates; customs checks or carrier delays may affect arrival. Any delivery date expressly agreed for your order takes precedence.

Delivery is available to eligible addresses in these destinations. Remote addresses and special customs or tax territories may have restrictions.

📦 Tracking and delivery problems
We send your dispatch confirmation and tracking details as soon as they are available. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number.
We will take responsibility for delivering your order and do our best for it to arrive without any problems. If something goes wrong, we will handle it with the carrier and work with you to resolve it. You will not pay extra to correct an error caused by us or our delivery partners. Your rights to delivery or a refund remain unaffected.
🧾 Taxes and customs
Europe and US deliveries have no additional customs fees or duties to pay on arrival (except the UK and special customs or tax territories; see below). US customs clearance is handled before delivery. Orders are dispatched directly by our manufacturer in Lithuania.
If you receive an unexpected customs payment request, contact us so we can resolve it.
UK and special-territory deliveries may incur import taxes, duties or carrier clearance fees unless expressly included. Contact us before ordering to confirm the arrangements for your destination.
✏️ Address changes and returns
Please check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. If an incorrect address you supplied makes redelivery necessary, we will explain any extra shipping cost and ask for your agreement before arranging it.
