These terms apply to purchases from Iwearanime, operated by Arun Robert Carmona Morris. Our Legal Notice contains the full seller details. For help with a purchase, contact us with your order number.

🛍️ Choosing your case

Check your exact phone model, design and case option before paying. The product page describes materials, finish and compatibility; similar model names can fit differently. Any mockups or representative images must be identified clearly.

Colours can vary with screen settings, but your case must match its description. A case cannot prevent every kind of damage. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed items remain unaffected.

💳 Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. The total shown before payment includes applicable taxes and delivery charges we collect. Any separately payable import charges must be explained before purchase. Paid extras require your agreement.

You can review and correct your details before placing an order with an obligation to pay. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

📝 Orders and changes

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment has been processed and we send your confirmation. We provide order details and applicable terms in a format you can keep; you can request a copy. Orders can be placed in English or Spanish.

For changes, contact us promptly with your order number. Printing may limit an alteration, but does not automatically remove cancellation or return rights.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact you and arrange the cancellation and refund required. Substitutions need your agreement. Price or policy changes do not apply retrospectively to accepted orders.

📦 Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains the destinations we serve, charges, preparation and delivery estimates, tracking and customs. Contact us before ordering if you want delivery outside the listed destinations.

We take responsibility for delivering your order to you or your designated recipient. If a delivery problem occurs, we handle it with the carrier and work with you to resolve it. You will not pay extra to correct an error caused by us or our delivery partners. Your rights to delivery or a refund remain unaffected.

🔄 Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day change-of-mind return window, postage costs, refunds and remedies for faulty or incorrect items. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind; we pay the necessary return postage for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies. Discounts do not remove these rights.

🔒 Website use and privacy

Use the site lawfully, protect your account credentials and respect the rights attached to designs, images and text. Only share content you have the right to provide. We ask separately before using your identity or private feedback in advertising.

Shopify hosts our store. Information about your use of the store is shared with Shopify and service providers, including in other countries, to operate the store and provide features such as personalisation, analytics and relevant advertising where permitted. Our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy explain this processing. You can manage relevant choices through Shopify's Privacy Portal and our data-sharing opt-out page. Your purchase is with Iwearanime.

⚖️ Complaints and your rights

If something is wrong, contact us with your order number and what happened. We acknowledge complaints, provide a record you can keep and respond as soon as possible, within 15 days. Our Legal Notice explains further complaint options.

Spanish law applies without removing the mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live or your right to use the courts legally available to you. Your statutory guarantee remains unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
